Participation in individual fundraising generates credits that can be applied toward approved SWDC Company-related expenses, subject to SWDC Booster Club policies and Board discretion. Proceeds earned from group fundraising will be used for events and activities that benefit the entire team.
Subject to contract availability, the SWDC Booster Club may offer the opportunity for parents and adult family members to volunteer for concessions at venues such as Canvas Stadium and Blue Arena. Volunteers must have a valid alcohol certification (contact the SWDC Booster Club for details). If concessions opportunities are offered, sign-up links will be shared once event dates are available; however, spots are limited and not guaranteed. By signing up for these events, you are committing to your shift and are responsible for finding a certified substitute if you are unable to attend. Because the pool of certified volunteers is limited, last-minute changes are difficult, though the SWDC Booster Club will try to assist with adequate notice. Event operators (such as Oak View Group, if applicable) may enforce attendance policies, and any fees incurred from late cancellations or no-shows may be passed on to the individual. Typical fundraising credits have ranged from approximately $75–$150 per shift.
